Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the marketing site, the agency workspace and the client portal.
What we have done
- Every page has a “skip to content” link, a single main landmark and a logical heading order.
- All controls work with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring; dialogs trap focus and close with Escape.
- Text and interface colours meet the 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (controls) contrast ratios; status is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Images carry alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages next to the field, and a success state you can read.
- Animations are short and respect the “reduce motion” system setting.
- Buttons and tap targets are at least 24×24 CSS pixels, with the primary actions larger.
Known limitations
- 3D property scans and virtual tours are visual by nature; the same information is available in the written inventory report.
- Some PDF exports generated from reports have not yet been tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide an accessible version.
- Charts on the financial pages are accompanied by the underlying figures in a table.
